From a Classroom Spark, a Vision of Change was Born
THE FIRST CHAPTER
In 2022, that vision took physical shape with the opening of our first clinic. We didn’t just open a clinic; we launched a commitment to a different kind of care. Instead of focusing on what needs to be “corrected,” we look at the child and see a whole person worthy of respect and understanding. Rather than asking them to conform to a rigid clinical mold, we meet them exactly where they are, honoring their autonomy and building a foundation of trust. It was the start of a mission to ensure every child has the tools to write their own vibrant, independent future.
THE INSPIRATION
Before our doors ever opened, our story began in the classroom. Spending five years in Special Education within the public school system, our founder saw firsthand the urgent need for a more specialized and individualized approach to care. Having deep family ties to autism herself, she envisioned a place where human connection and personalized care weren't just parts of a plan, they were the priority. She sought to build a space where a child’s unique language was not analyzed, but truly understood and celebrated. The goal was to give children the tools to navigate the world with independence, ensuring they gain life-long skills without ever losing the beautiful essence of who they are.

THE PATH FORWARD
Today, four years after opening the doors of our first clinic, Inclusion ABA continues to grow, yet our core remains unchanged.
We remain a BCBA-owned company driven by the same passion that started in a classroom years ago. We walk alongside our families as partners and advocates, proving every day that when you lead with respect and see the child behind the label, the possibilities for growth are limitless.
