Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Make a Difference in Rural Texas!

Join our growing early childhood clinic! We're a BCBA-owned practice dedicated to providing high-quality ABA services in a positive and supportive work environment. We believe in prioritizing the well-being of our team and minimizing administrative burdens so you can focus on what matters most: your clients. We are currently hiring BCBAs at all of our locations, including Cleveland, TX and Livingston, TX.

Utilize your passion for ABA to make a positive impact on children aged 8 and under in a close-knit, clinic setting. Contribute to shaping our programs and policies, and experience the charm of working in a small town with a manageable caseload and paperwork.
What You'll Do:

Provide effective supervision to Behavior Technicians (minimum one year of experience required).

Collaborate with our dedicated team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Foster progress in children with autism and/or developmental delays.

Maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach.

Contribute innovative ideas to enhance our ABA services.

Uphold compassion, patience, and persistence for both clients and team members.

What We're Looking For:
-
Master's degree with coursework in applied behavior analysis, child development, special education, psychology, or a related field
-
BCBA® certification and Texas State License OR have passed the BCBA exam.

Minimum one year of direct experience working with children with Autism and/or developmental delays.

Commitment to a family-forward schedule (Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm).
