No prior experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive paid training to equip you with all the skills you need to succeed.
What You'll Do:
As an RBT, you'll work one-on-one with children with autism in a supportive and fun environment. You'll:

Deliver personalized therapy in clinic and community settings.

Implement individualized treatment plans and track progress.

Teach essential skills like communication, behavior, self-help, and social interaction.

Collaborate with a team of professionals, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Provide valuable feedback to your Program Supervisor (BCBA).

What We're Looking For:
