Become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Inclusion ABA!

Inclusion ABA is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our growing team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)! No prior experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive paid training to equip you with all the skills you need to succeed.
 

What You'll Do:

As an RBT, you'll work one-on-one with children with autism in a supportive and fun environment. You'll:

  • Deliver personalized therapy in clinic and community settings.

  • Implement individualized treatment plans and track progress.

  • Teach essential skills like communication, behavior, self-help, and social interaction.

  • Collaborate with a team of professionals, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

  • Provide valuable feedback to your Program Supervisor (BCBA).

What We're Looking For:

  • Reliability and consistency

  • Genuine love for working with children

  • Positive and energetic attitude

  • Able to work 32-40 hours a week

  • Ability to adapt and remain calm in challenging situations

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Effective and professional communication skills

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, car insurance, and a smartphone

  • Successful completion of background check and drug test
