FAQ PAGE
HOW DO I PAY FOR ABA?
Inclusion ABA accepts Medicaid and private insurances and works with families to provide affordable options. Private pay options are available for parent/caregiver training. For more information, please call your nearest clinic location.
HOW MANY HOURS OF ABA THERAPY WILL MY CHILD RECEIVE?
Once we have received your child's diagnostic report indicating a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder, a BCBA will perform a functional behavior assessment (FBA) and determine a medical need for ABA services. The BCBA will indicate the number of hours needed to perform these services depending on the level of need. ABA therapy could range anywhere from 10-40 hours per week.
WILL INCLUSION ABA ACCEPT MEDICAID?
Yes! Inclusion ABA is now an approved provider for Medicaid.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR STARTING SERVICES?
Call our office. Our office must first verify your child's autism spectrum disorder diagnosis and verify your insurance. Each family will then complete an intake packet and schedule an assessment with a Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). The BCBA will perform the assessment and interview the parents/caregivers and observe your child.
After the assessment is completed, the BCBA will write a treatment plan that he/she will review with you. We will then request services from your insurance. Once your insurance has authorized ABA services, direct therapy services may begin.
